BITSAT which stands for Birla Institute of Technology and Science conducts the aptitude test for all the applied candidates every year. There are around four institutions for this examination which is at the university level. There are certain BITSAT 2020 eligibility criteria for all candidates is given below
The interested candidates should have cleared their 10+2 with minimum marks of 75% from a recognized education board.
The applied candidates should have passed the intermediate with Physics,Chemistry,Math or Biology. The candidates should have a percentage of 60 in each subject.
For B.Tech admission, the candidates should have passed their 12th with Math and for B.Pharm admission, the candidates should have passed their 12th exam with biology with a good proficiency in English.
The candidates who passed their 10+2 exams in 2014 cannot apply for the exam and are not eligible
BITS students are not eligible to apply for the exam and hence cannot apply or check for admission.
If the applied candidates have passed the intermediate in second attempt, then this attempt will be taken as the last performance of the qualifying exam.
The age limit for all the candidates must be between 20 to 25 years as on 1st july 2020.
If the candidates are planning to take the 12th exam in 2020, then the results of the exam has to be submitted during the admission process.
If the candidates have taken the improvement exam for Class 12, they will be considered for the BIT SAT exam provided the improvement exam is taken by candidates for all subjects.
The BITSAT 2020 eligibility criteria has to be fulfilled by all candidates who are applying for the examination which is the most important step. Any violation or wrong information of the criteria leads to serious consequence and hence correct data has to be checked by all the applied candidates before applying for the exam. The eligibility criteria mostly remains the same and may be modified according to the requirement of the university which conducts the exam.
