VITEEE Result 2020 will be released through online mode on the official website. The candidates will be able to check their VITEEE 2020 result by entering their credentials like: application number and date of birth.
VITEEE exam conducting authorities will prepare a rank list of VITEEE 2020 on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in the entrance exam. After the rank list is prepared, the authorities will release the result of VITEEE 2020.
VITEEE result 2020 will be contain the candidate’s scores and ranks candidates in the entrance test. The candidates shortlisted on the basis of the result will be eligible to participate in the counselling process of VITEEE 2020.
VITEEE 2020 examination will be conducted as an online-computer based entrance exam for admission to engineering courses offered by the campuses of VIT.
VITEEE 2020 application form is available and can be submitted through both online and offline modes. Each year more than 2 lakh students appear for VITEEE to get admission on the 5000 engineering seats under the institute.
VITEEE RESULT 2020 Calculation of Scores
VITEEE 2020 examination will be evaluated and the authorities will calculate the scores on the basis of Equipercentile Equating Method. Since, the exam will be conducted in different slots, the authorities will follow a statistical method to adjust or normalize the scores of candidates on test forms. This is efficient method as under this method, scores on different forms with the same percentile rank are considered to be equivalent. VITEEE 2020 merit list will be prepared on the basis of these scores.
VITEEE 2020 Rank List
VITEEE exam conducting authorities will prepare a rank list/merit list of candidates on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in VITEEE 2020. The ranks will be intimated to the candidates via SMS at the time of publication of VITEEE 2020 result. No provision of re-totalling or re-ranking and no such request by the candidates will be entertained by the authorities.
